Since our establishment in 1996, Shenzhen Solocar Technology has specialized in the design, manufacturing and sales of car digital products, including car MP3 players, car MP3/WMA transmitters and digital mini speakers. Our products are widely distributed to Europe, North America, the Middle East, Australia and Asia. Our total annual sales exceeded $2 million in 2006, with an 83.72 percent increase in export volume from the previous year.
Three new models each month
Our R&D team is staffed with five engineers with an average of five years' experience. Each month, they release up to three new models to broaden our already wide product range. Six patents in mainland China prove our innovativeness.
Zero return rate and less than 3 percent repair rate
We usually source solution chips from globally famous chips suppliers, such as OTI, Rohm, Sunplus and Action. We have imported highly efficient equipment from Japan and Germany as well. Operating under ISO 9001:2000 standards, we maintain a zero return rate and less than 3 percent repair rate.
Monthly capacity of 210,000 units
In our 3,500-square-meter factory, 300 staff operate advanced production lines and SMT machines. Our monthly capacity reaches 210,000 units, which satisfy the sourcing needs of our 630 customers.
